Electrical and control are the intelligence of any refrigeration installation. APINA designs, programs and builds the complete electrical and control system of its plants: switchboards, PLC automation and supervision through a proprietary SCADA, with end-to-end satellite remote management.

Original programs, written to measure for the particularities of each installation, ensuring more safety, more efficiency and real energy savings.

We design and build the power and control switchboards, program the PLC and integrate the whole installation into our global SCADA system. We don't use generic software: every APINA program is original and responds to the installation's particularities, so the plant works exactly as conceived —with the safety logic, alarms and interlocks specific to ammonia or freon refrigeration.

APINA control simultaneously optimises the freezing curve and electricity consumption. Through stepped capacity variation (or a proportional slide valve) combined with a variable-speed drive, the installation delivers exactly the cooling needed at each moment, reducing consumption without compromising product quality.

After studying the installation, we prepare the documentation and certification ready for classification societies (Bureau Veritas, DNV-GL) and the authorities, so the plant obtains and keeps the required classifications.
